Original Cartoons

Turn around times will depend on current work flow. Normal turn around is 24- 48 hours.

Please note: Payment is due before final work is sent to client or printer.
We accept PayPal, cash and cheques.
We reserve the right to charge a $50.00 fee for all NSF cheques.

Julie's Art & Design works mainly as a virtual service, providing the client with a PDF of the work to take to their favorite printer. We can also upload files to the clients printer of choice.

* We reserve the right to add a 25% fee to any "RUSH" service.

* Julie's Art & Design strives to complete jobs in a professional and prompt manner, however, we are not held responsible if the requested job does not meet the required completion time.

* Purchased photography and artwork CANNOT be used for commercial purposes (unless strictly specified by Julie Deans), nor can it be copied, redistributed or used without written permission from the artist/photographer Julie Deans.
